Stay home and Puff the Magic Dragon with PBS WLIW21 at 8p.m.  The Nature program has a special installment featuring a reptile expert shedding some light (skin?) on the magical world and history of dragons.  Falcor will be watching.  Or maybe he’ll be looking at the Dog Whisperer.  Who knows?
